# Insights Business Partner Job Introduction Turning Point is a leading health and social care social enterprise, supporting people with mental health, learning disabilities, substance use, sexual health, and employment needs. We're committed to delivering inclusive, impactful, and user-centred solutions that drive real outcomes for the people and communities we support.We are looking for an experienced Insights Business Partner to work closely with regional operational managers to improve service performance, strengthen outcomes and support high-quality service delivery for the people we support.This role acts as a trusted partner to Operations, combining strong relationship management with data, performance and insight expertise. You will coach teams, support strategic decision-making and ensure consistent, high-quality performance reporting across services.In this role, you'll be energised by: Championing high-quality data and good information governance Turning complex data into clear, actionable insight that supports decision-making Continuous improvement, innovation and finding better ways of working Leading and supporting change, even when it is complex or challengingYou'll report directly to the Head of Data & Analytics and play a pivotal role in shaping how our data function operates.The role is due to start in July. The Ideal Candidate We're looking for someone who brings: Experience working in a performance and or data role, ideally in health and social care or a commercial environment Partnering with operational leaders to improve performance and outcomes Managing complex stakeholders, including commissioners Supporting service mobilisation or change, from planning through to business as usualAs a leading health and social care provider with more than 300 locations across England, we take real pride in the services we offer.We run all of our services on a not-for-profit basis; instead, we invest every penny back into our services and people.
