Description

As an Inside Sales Representative at CHAS, you will drive new business growth. This role focuses on new business sales, where you'll identify, engage, and convert prospects into clients. Using channels such as outbound calls, emails, social media, and web meetings, you'll conduct consultative sales conversations to uncover needs and present our compliance and accreditation solutions as the best choice.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities
  • Generate and qualify new sales opportunities through proactive outbound campaigns (calls, emails, LinkedIn, web demos).
  • Manage your sales pipeline from lead qualification to closing, focusing on meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Conduct discovery calls to identify customer needs and tailor CHAS solutions to support their compliance, accreditation, and risk management objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and handover of new clients.
  • Develop product knowledge across CHAS and Alcumus solutions to identify cross-selling opportunities.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline data in the CRM system.
  • Enhance your skills continuously through training and industry knowledge to improve performance.
  • Build and maintain a qualified database of potential customers, ensuring data accuracy and actionability.
  • Represent CHAS at industry events and trade shows to generate leads and build relationships.
Success Factors
  • Proven success in B2B outbound sales, preferably in SaaS, compliance, or professional services.
  • Ability to meet and surpass revenue targets in a new business environment.
  • Strong consultative selling skills, capable of managing the full sales cycle.
  • CRM proficiency, ideally with Salesforce or similar.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, resilient, and tenacious.
  • Collaborative approach with sales, marketing, and onboarding teams.
