We are now seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead and develop our sales operations function, with a strong focus on CRM management via HubSpot to drive data-led decision-making, pipeline growth, and customer engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales Operations Leadership - Oversee day-to-day inside sales activities, ensuring targets are met and opportunities are maximised.
CRM Ownership - Act as the HubSpot CRM lead, managing system setup, optimisation, and reporting to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and full utilisation across the sales team.
Pipeline & Forecasting - Track, analyse, and report on sales performance, providing insights to inform strategy and forecasting.
Process Improvement - Develop and implement streamlined sales processes to improve lead conversion rates and customer experience.
Team Development - Manage, mentor, and motivate inside sales executives, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Lead Management - Oversee inbound and outbound lead generation activities, ensuring prompt and effective follow-up.
Collaboration - Work closely with Marketing to align campaigns with sales goals, and with Operations to ensure seamless customer onboarding.
Data-Driven Insights - Produce weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports using HubSpot analytics to inform senior leadership on trends and opportunities.
Proven track record in an Inside Sales Manager or Sales Operations leadership role.
Strong HubSpot CRM expertise (implementation, optimisation, reporting).
Experience in the energy solutions, renewable energy, or related sector preferred.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insights.
Comfortable working in a hybrid environment with regular Oxford office attendance.
