Inside Sales Executive

Join us as an Inside Sales Executive. As a member of the inside sales team, your role will be to drive new revenue growth by winning new customers across our broad portfolio of products. You will become a centre of excellence in uncovering, developing and closing new business opportunities, working closely with existing sales teams while building your own pipeline.

What else it involves

• Deliver outstanding customer experience in all interactions across multiple communication channels.
• Source leads, manage your sales channel and build relationships with external organisations.
• Qualify prospects and prepare proposals.
• Keep informed of our products, services, technical developments, industry trends and competitor activity.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal departments, especially the Business Channel.
• Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting to meet agreed KPIs.
• Work with product, implementation and account management teams to ensure customers achieve the required results.

The skills we're looking for

• Sales experience desirable.
• Proven track record in achieving sales targets; B2B sales experience desirable.
• Solid understanding of technology and developments.
• Passionate about delivering customer experience above and beyond expectations.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work well under pressure.
• Ability to work within a team and independently.
• Excellent PC skills essential.
• Strong administrative and reporting skills - Salesforce experience beneficial.
