Inside Sales & Customer Experience Manager

Hybrid Remote - Notting Hill, London (minimum 3 days in office)
£40,000 base + commission

The Role

Reporting directly to the CCO, our client is looking for a commercially minded Inside Sales & Customer Experience Manager to lead and optimise the full customer journey - from first enquiry through to post-sale experience.

This role sits at the centre of the customer and revenue operation, overseeing AI-driven service and sales workflows alongside a Customer Experience Executive. You'll combine customer experience management, inside sales, operational oversight, and commercial performance, while helping scale direct sales operations across Europe.

Based in Notting Hill, this role is also part of the day-to-day energy and experience of the brand's physical studio space.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimise AI-powered customer service and sales workflows

  • Oversee customer enquiries, escalations, conversion flow, and service quality

  • Line manage and develop the Customer Experience Executive

  • Own the customer journey across rental and pre-loved product sales

  • Drive accessory and warranty upsell opportunities

  • Monitor customer feedback, reviews, and online reputation across platforms including Trustpilot and Google

  • Analyse conversion and service data to continuously improve performance

  • Support expansion into European markets including DACH, Iberia, Benelux, Italy, and France

  • Work cross-functionally with logistics, sales, and commercial leadership teams

What We're Looking For
  • Experience in customer experience, inside sales, or customer operations

  • Commercially driven with a strong customer-first mindset

  • Comfortable working with AI tools and automated workflows

  • Strong organisational and communication skills

  • CRM experience, ideally HubSpot

  • Data-driven approach to decision making

  • Previous management experience or readiness to step into leadership

This role is designed to evolve into a senior leadership position as the business scales, with future pathways into either Inside Sales leadership or Customer Experience management across European markets.
