Ingest Operator

Description

We're seeking an Ingest Operator to support the delivery, validation, and distribution of digital media assets across global platforms. Working closely with production, mastering, localization, and distribution teams, you'll help ensure content is delivered accurately, on time, and in line with technical specifications.

This 12 month rolling contract hybrid role is ideal for someone with experience in digital media operations, asset management, content workflows, or post-production environments who thrives in a fast-paced, deadline-driven setting and enjoys solving operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and track the delivery of digital media assets.
• Partner with internal teams and vendors to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Monitor ingest workflows and resolve delivery blockers.
• Validate and audit media assets to maintain quality and accuracy.
• Support localization, mastering, and distribution processes.
• Produce reports and metrics to support operational performance.
• Work across fast-paced content supply chain and media operations workflows.
