Für ein reguliertes Produktions- und Verpackungsumfeld suchen wir eine motivierte, aufgeschlossene und technisch versierte Persönlichkeit als Infrastructure Supporter. Die Position bietet eine spannende Mischung aus operativem IT-Support, Infrastrukturmanagement und Mitarbeit an Projekten im IT/OT-Bereich.

• Entgegennahme, Bearbeitung und Lösung von ICT-Störungen, Serviceanfragen und Änderungsanforderungen
• Incident- und Problemmanagement
• Planung, Installation und Wartung von IT-Infrastrukturen (Server, Netzwerke, Arbeitsplätze)
• Systemüberwachung, Performance-Optimierung und Fehleranalyse
• Softwareverteilung und Applikationsinstallation
• Pflege von IT-Dokumentationen und Inventar
• Umsetzung neuer GxP-Anforderungen in lokale Prozesse inkl. Dokumentation
• Schulung von Mitarbeitenden zu IT-Themen
• Mitarbeit in IT-Projekten und Systemerweiterungen
• Kontinuierliche Verbesserung bestehender Prozesse
• Zusammenarbeit mit internen IT-Partnern und externen Dienstleistern
• Unterstützung bei Audits und Inspektionen
• Regelmäßige Teilnahme am 24/7-Pikettdienst

• Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Bereich (z.B. EFZ, Bachelor oder gleichwertig)
• Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich IT-Infrastruktur
• Fundierte Kenntnisse in Windows-Servern, Netzwerktechnologien und Virtualisierung
• Erfahrung im Produktions- oder Verpackungsumfeld von Vorteil
• Kenntnisse in Backup- und Imaging-Lösungen
• Erfahrung im IT-Service-Management (z.B. ITIL)
• Vertrautheit mit CSV (Computer System Validation) und GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice)
