- Provide advanced technical support and handle complex Mac escalation issues.
- Support a migration to a central Jamf Cloud, maintaining an excellent user experience.
- Experience managing a MacBook estate including Apple MDM, ESET Anti-virus, and Jamf.
- Proven experience managing self-hosted Jamf Pro in large-scale macOS/iOS environments, ideally hosted on AWS.
- Strong scripting and automation experience using Python and Bash, including tools like AutoPKG and SUPER.
- Solid experience in Linux system administration, including infrastructure configuration, monitoring, and performance tuning.
- Experience managing identity and access services such as Active Directory, ADFS, or Entra ID.
- Familiarity with cloud infrastructure services, particularly AWS (e.g., EC2, S3, IAM) in support of hosted services.
- Proven experience with software licensing, support contracts, and hardware procurement.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and support junior engineers as needed.
- Experience of writing and maintaining Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform.
- Experience of implementing and maintaining CI/CD pipelines using GitLab or equivalent platforms.
