Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop highways and drainage schemes across a range of infrastructure projects.

  • Produce detailed infrastructure layouts and technical drawings using industry-standard software.

  • Collaborate with engineers, clients, and external stakeholders to ensure design quality and compliance.

  • Support and mentor junior engineers, helping to build a strong, capable team.

  • Contribute to sustainable design practices and continuous improvement.

Candidate Requirements

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.

  • Working towards Chartered Engineer status (CEng) with ICE or similar body.

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in infrastructure, drainage, or highways design.

  • Strong technical understanding and confidence with relevant design software.

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a passion for innovation.
