As an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineer, you will play a pivotal role in the Original Content Services group, specialising in AI/ML within the Supply Chain Integration and Technology team. Contribute to technical solutions that enhance title and asset management, metadata curation, archival policy, system governance, and distribution standardisation. Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain system architecture to support media-based workflows using cloud microservices.
  • Manage IAM roles, S3 buckets, and VPC configurations to ensure secure and compliant access control.
  • Conduct routine infrastructure audits, apply patches, scale resources, and ensure cost efficiency.
  • Maintain CI/CD pipelines for ML model packaging and deployment to staging and production environments.
  • Integrate LLM and multimodal models such as text-to-video, video embeddings, object recognition, and summarisation into production workflows.
  • Develop automation scripts in Python or Bash for data processing, validation, or batch job orchestration.
  • Participate in design discussions around AI native data governance, model versioning, and ML Ops life cycle management.
  • Monitor system health and data throughput using observability tools such as CloudWatch and Grafana.
  • Aggregate and generate insights and reporting for onboarding metrics.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned by management.

Essential Skills

  • Experience building and managing role and user provisioning in cloud platforms such as AWS.
  • Well-versed in designing and building tools using AWS Cloud Development Kit.
  • Proficiency in building infrastructure-as-code (IaC) environments using Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
  • Experience designing, deploying, and maintaining AI/ML driven cloud architecture using AWS services like Bedrock, SageMaker, Media2Cloud, and Data Lake frameworks.
  • Strong knowledge in file codec and specifications in mastering, distribution, and archive workflows.
  • Proficiency in Python, Bash, and infrastructure tools.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to translate technical requirements to those unfamiliar with the concepts.
  • Collaborative and communicative team player.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Relevant degree in computer sciences or engineering.
  • 5+ years' experience in media management at studios.
  • AWS certification is a plus, including AWS certified developer, solutions architect, DevOps engineer, cloud practitioner, and machine learning specialty.
