Our job opportunity
Today, we are currently recruiting an Infrastructure Coordination Officer.
Your responsibilities
Your daily tasks
Supporting the Technical Department in the application of compliance criteria (EASA) for all new infrastructures and/or modifications to existing ones (Change Management), as well as updating the related CB (Compliance Base).
Supporting the team in the processing of Safety Occurrence Reports (SOR) / analysis of causes and follow-up of defined actions.
Providing the Safety Department with the technical support/expertise required to draw up Safety Assessments.
Preparing, participating in and monitor internal and external audits of Process Owners Infrastructure.
As a subject matter expert, supporting the team in audits of activities outsourced by the Infrastructure-Technical Department. Audits based mainly on EASA regulations
Supporting Process Owners in the development of root cause analysis, but also in the planning of continuous improvement actions, and in the formal responses to findings or observations made during audits.
Verifying and ensuring the correct application of aerodrome and maintenance manuals, the basic principles of EASA regulations, and the rules laid down in applicable documents (internal and external) to ensure that technical points are kept up to date and that corrective action is taken (if necessary)
Monitoring the implementation of corrective actions and any improvement measures.
Continuously monitoring the compliance of Maintenance activities and propose measures if necessary.
Alerting the Compliance Manager and the Maintenance Postholder in the event of non-compliance and/or delays in actions that could jeopardize the company.
Supporting the Technical Department in the preparation, implementation and training of new EASA regulations.
Ensuring regulatory watch for technical topics and support external service partners in the implementation of existing and new regulations
Liaising and aligning with Process Owners, Postholder Infrastructure-Maintenance, compliance department and external service providers
Being the point of contact for subcontractors for all EASA Infrastructure activities (civil and technical engineering works and maintenance companies, etc.).

The required profile
Studies / training
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
Experience
First significant experience in quality and/or regulatory compliance.
Experience in project management
Experience or training qualifications in the aviation industry are a plus.
