Are you a commercially-minded Senior Associate with hands on experience in advising on complex projects and infrastructure matters? A leading UK law firm with a national footprint is expanding its Projects & Infrastructure capability and is looking for a seasoned lawyer to join their team. They're open to candidates based in Leeds, Newcastle or UK-wide largely remote.

• Advising clients across the public and private sectors on high-value infrastructure matters, including long-term frameworks such as PFI/PPP and related contractual arrangements.
• Working collaboratively across multi-disciplinary teams, working closely with commercial, real estate, construction and dispute resolution lawyers.
• Managing client relationships and contributing to business development activity.
• Providing pragmatic, commercially informed legal advice that adds real value to clients' outcomes.

• A solicitor or legal professional with solid experience (typically 5+ PQE or equivalent) in commercial contracts and projects, preferably with PFI exposure.
• A strong communicator with excellent client handling skills.
• Comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team.
