Information Technology Support Specialist

Working Hours: Full-time - Fixed term Contract
Your Responsibilities:
Provide first and second-level technical support to employees across Europe
Set up and maintain hardware and software (PCs, laptops, printers, mobile devices)
Support and manage Windows and Microsoft 365 environments
Administer user accounts (Active Directory, ERP systems, etc.)
Assist with SharePoint administration and maintenance
Document support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
Participate in IT projects and contribute to the improvement of our IT infrastructure
Travel occasionally to support offices in the Baltics and the UK
Your Profile:
Completed education in IT (e.g., IT Specialist in System Integration) or equivalent
qualification
Initial experience in IT support is advantageous
Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and Microsoft 365
Familiarity with Apple iOS smartphones is a plus
Experience with SharePoint administration is desirable
Strong command of English, both written and spoken, for effective collaboration within an
international team
Friendly, communicative, and solution-oriented approach
Independent, structured, and proactive work style
Willingness to travel occasionally within Europe
