IT Support Analyst

Salary: £30,000 - £35,000

Location: Bristol

Hybrid: 3 days a week in the office

About the Role

Our client is a managed service provider growing at a healthy pace and looking to hire another IT Support Analyst. We are looking for someone with Microsoft Windows tech stack experience.

The company are small to medium sized and are looking to grow due to an increasing client base. Based in Bristol, and this position is hybrid working, although the role will be on site 5 days a week for the first 3 months to help you get up to speed.

Skills Required

• Experience working in an IT Support team working with 1st and 2nd line queries.
• Windows Server
• DHCP, DNS
• Basic Networking skills VLAN, LAN and WAN
• Hardware Laptop builds
• Previous experience working for a managed service provider is desirable but not essential
