Requirements:
- 9+ years of experience in ICT Project Management
- Managed minimum 5 end-to-end projects involving COTS software deployments, incremental software delivery, ICT infrastructure deployment, and/or service integration with external parties (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience working in an international environment and/or EU institutions or bodies (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience working in a highly regulated public/government environment (Mandatory)
- 5+ years of experience with standard project management tools such as MS Project (Mandatory)
- PM Certification: PRINCE2, PMP or PM2 (intermediate level minimum, not Foundation) (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of planning and estimation techniques (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of MS Office including PowerPoint timelines and schedule visuals (Mandatory)
- Good knowledge of structured approach to incremental software integration projects and enterprise service bus integration (Mandatory)
- Experience with IAM project delivery end-to-end (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Public IT procurement, EU tendering processes and contract management (Desirable)
- Knowledge of Identity and Access Management technologies (Desirable)
- Knowledge of infrastructure technologies including virtual infrastructure, containers, connectivity and environments (Desirable)
- EU nationality (Mandatory)

Job Description:
- Manage and take responsibility for a series of ICT projects to established project management standards, specifically concerned with integrating internal developed components and services with external services
- Ensure regular status communication updates to ICT management in accordance with accepted reporting standards at requested deadlines
- Maintain good working relationships with internal stakeholders, staff members and external parties
- Facilitate meeting setup, undertake meeting minutes creation and distribution
- Support all project dimensions and follow applicable guidance as updated from time to time
- Strengthen project governance implementation through coaching meetings, checkpoints and boards of assigned projects
- Ensure all relevant project management documentation, including realistic plans and Gantt charts agreed among project stakeholders, is maintained in the project management system
- Ensure Gantt charts are always updated to reflect actual project status with no outdated tasks
- Manage implementation of information systems to meet identified business needs, acquiring and utilising necessary resources and skills within agreed parameters of cost, timescales, and quality
- Facilitate production and approval of project deliverables at specified quality levels in accordance with project implementation plans
- Facilitate tracking and monitoring of project implementation in accordance with scope, budget and person days specified in project documentation
- Proactively participate in identification and handling of dependencies, issues and risks affecting projects
- Provide mitigation strategies and ensure effective escalation through established project governance when required
- Support monitoring of budget and resources available to projects, and support designated structures in undertaking steps to correct deviations
- Interact and communicate with relevant internal stakeholders for project implementation and monitoring, including regular project progress reporting
- Monitor delivery of products and services by external suppliers in accordance with contracts in place, addressing and resolving issues and risks
- Support initiatives on estimating costs, timescales and resource requirements for yearly demand cycles
