Job Description
- Proactively monitor the internal and external landscape for cyber and fraud events, risks, and threats
- Lead threat intelligence analysis of emerging cybersecurity, fraud, supply-chain, and other threats
- Use OSINT research and tooling to investigate priority threats
- Apply the MITRE ATT&CK framework and threat actor tradecraft
- Partner with Threat Management teams on events and technical analysis of malicious cybersecurity incidents
- Identify and assess supply-chain threats with Vendor Management
- Support response activities for supply-chain incidents
- Author and review intelligence products and communications for stakeholders, operational personnel, and leadership
- Identify and mitigate methods for account compromise and fraud
- Provide threat expertise and consultation to partners and stakeholders
- Review internal processes and identify improvement opportunities
- Drive EMEA intelligence community engagement through FS-ISAC ETIC participation
- Build TD's Dublin intelligence network
- Serve as the primary senior intelligence lead during Dublin coverage
- Coordinate intelligence activities, manage escalations, and drive timely intelligence outcomes
- Lead shift handovers and transitions within a follow-the-sun operating model
- Participate in the team's on-call rotation
- 8+ years' experience in intelligence collection and production
- 3+ years' experience supporting international (follow-the-sun) operations
- Experience and familiarity using common intelligence processes and tools, including a threat intelligence platform
- Proven superior oral and written communication skills
- Ability to translate complicated threat actor behavior to an executive audience
- Demonstrated tradecraft in open-source collection
- Excellent time management skills, including the ability to perform to a production calendar
- Demonstrated ability to lead shift handovers and transitions
- Demonstrated ability to stay abreast of emerging threat actor TTPs
- Advanced ability to apply real world geopolitical indicators to predict threat actor cyber and fraud behavior
- Demonstrated knowledge of the current threat landscape, banking and technology standards and regulatory requirements
- University degree
- Information security certification/accreditation is an asset
- Must be able to meet the organization's hybrid work requirements, including working from the office a minimum of two (2) days per week
- On-call availability from 19:00 to 07:00 ET on assigned coverage days, including weekends and designated weekdays
Expertise in threat intelligence analysis, including the application of the MITRE ATT&CK framework and open-source intelligence (OSINT) research. Proven ability to communicate complex threat actor behaviors to executive audiences and manage international intelligence operations effectively.
