We are currently seeking a Supply Chain & Finance Industry Lead to join our global expert team in the UK. In this role, you will own the Supply Chain & Finance industry narrative and act as a strategic advisor to C-level executives and internal stakeholders, designing and positioning supply chain and finance process intelligence solutions.

You will combine deep domain expertise with strong commercial and strategic capabilities, working closely with Sales, Solution Architecture, Customer Success, and Product & Technology teams to drive go-to-market motion and influence solution innovation. Your mission is not only to design solutions, but to establish process intelligence as a structured practice across the Supply Chain & Finance domain and position ARIS as a trusted transformation partner.

Essential Functions

• Lead executive-level (CFO, COO, SVP Supply Chain) customer engagements, driving strategic discussions around operating model transformation, working capital optimization, and AI-enabled process intelligence.
• Own and shape the Supply Chain & Finance industry point of view, translating market trends and regulatory considerations into clear, scalable transformation narratives.
• Define and drive the global Supply Chain & Finance go-to-market motion in collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Solution Architecture teams.
• Design and position end-to-end process intelligence solutions across supply chain (Plan-Source-Make-Deliver-Return) and finance (P2P, O2C, R2R) value streams.
• Influence Product & Technology roadmap priorities by bringing structured industry insight and transformation use cases into the innovation process.
• Establish and scale BPM/process intelligence as a structured practice within the Supply Chain & Finance domain, building reusable frameworks, accelerators, and reference models.
• Act as a senior industry authority across global engagements, enabling regional teams and strengthening executive positioning.
• Continuously enhance solution offerings by incorporating best practices, regulatory considerations, and digital innovation trends.
• Act as a subject matter expert across global engagements, sharing knowledge and elevating domain maturity within regional teams.
• Represent ARIS in executive briefings, industry forums, and strategic customer discussions, articulating how AI, automation, and digital platforms reshape operating models and governance.
• 12+ years of experience in supply chain and/or finance transformation, consulting, or enterprise software leadership.
• Strong background in Big 4 or Tier 1 consulting, or equivalent enterprise software industry leadership.
• Proven experience leading executive-level transformation engagements.
• Demonstrated experience working with mature BPM/process intelligence platforms (e.g., Celonis, SAP Signavio, ARIS) beyond modeling-only tools.
• Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain and finance processes, including operational constraints and governance considerations.
• Ability to connect AI, automation, and process intelligence to measurable business outcomes at operating model level.
• Strong commercial mindset and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.

Nice to Have

• Experience in Global Business Services (GBS) or Global Capability Center (GCC) environments.
• Professional certifications such as BPM, Lean Six Sigma, CSCP, CPIM, or IBP.
• International transformation program experience across multiple markets.
• Experience influencing product roadmap or building industry accelerators.
