Job DescriptionAs Senior Industrial Relations Partner, you will:
- Lead and support collective bargaining activity, including preparation and tactical input into national pay negotiations.
- Act as a senior advisor on complex IR matters, guiding People teams and operational leaders.
- Develop and embed best-practice IR frameworks, policies, and collective agreements.
- Build robust IR data and reporting to enhance decision-making.
- Design and deliver IR training to strengthen capability across the business.
You will have:
- Proven experience in a senior industrial relations role within a multi-site, unionised environment.
- Strong track record in pay negotiations and collective bargaining.
- In-depth knowledge of IR legislation and ACAS Codes of Practice.
- Desirable experience in IR training and a background in logistics, manufacturing, or similar operational environments.
- Competitive salary up to £70,000 plus car allowance.
