Industrial Health & Safety Lead: Compliance & Culture

Search Consultancy is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager to lead our safety and environmental agenda across our industrial operations in Grangemouth. You will drive policy, risk assessments, incident investigations, and continuous improvement in safety performance, ensuring every employee returns home safely.

The role requires strong knowledge of UK health and safety law, NEBOSH Diploma (preferred), and hands-on leadership with audits, training, and engagement at all levels.
