Industrial Controller

Position: Plant Controller - Industrial Factory Controller

Location: Getafe (Madrid)

Schedule: Intensive workday from Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM

Travel Availability: Occasional (a few days per month within Spain)

You will play a key role in operational and strategic decision-making, working directly with the CFO and the Head of Controlling.

What are we looking for?

An Industrial Controller with solid experience in cost control, financial-operational analysis, and a global business outlook. We're looking for a committed individual with strong analytical skills, initiative, and a desire to add value from day one.

Main Responsibilities:

• Control and monitoring of industrial and production costs.
• Variance analysis and profitability reporting.
• Support in financial and budget planning.
• Coordination of the financial management of two production plants.
• Periodic reporting to the CFO.
• Collaboration with operations, production, and logistics to optimize performance.
• Occasional visits to another site within Spain (a few days per month).

Requirements:

• University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or similar.
• Previous experience as an Industrial or Cost Controller, ideally in an industrial or manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and ERPs.
• Strong analytical skills, autonomy, and results-oriented mindset.
• Availability for occasional travel within Spain.
• Experience managing multiple plants or business units is a plus.
