Indirect Procurement Manager
London, UK - Hybrid Working

Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end category management for indirect spend (EU): categories such as Marketing, Sales, Data, Professional Services, Fleet, and others.
- Conduct competitive RFX processes, negotiate with suppliers, and manage contracts to optimize cost, quality, service and risk.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and align procurement strategies.
- Develop and manage key supplier relationships, monitor SLA/KPI performance, conduct QBRs, and drive continuous improvement and innovation.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities and lead value initiatives without compromising quality or service.
- Ensure compliance, contract governance, and supply continuity by managing commercial and operational risks.
- Support sustainability and ESG goals through responsible sourcing practices.
- Identify opportunities for innovation and maintain an indirects pipeline with stakeholder networking.
- Benchmark practices against other businesses to build competitive advantage (e.g., 3rd party services, optimal commercials, optimal contracts).
- Ensure indirect supply network is set up to support company objectives and engage senior supplier executives for value creation.
- Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, a technical field, or equivalent experience.
- Experience in indirect procurement within FMCG, CPG, or a fast-paced industry.
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders.
- Proactive problem-solving approach and strong project management, presentation, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage procurement documentation, PO management, supplier records, contract data, and compliance/audit support.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including total cost of ownership analysis.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.
- Familiarity with business systems (e.g., SAP).
- Strong commercial and strategic thinking abilities; understanding of ESG, supplier diversity, and sustainable sourcing is a plus.
- Experience working cross-functionally and cross-culturally across multiple European markets.
