Independent Living Support Advisor

The Guinness Partnership in Manchester is seeking an Independent Living Advisor on a six-month fixed-term contract to support residents aged 55 and over in sheltered schemes. You will carry out regular site inspections, health and safety checks, and monitor contractor performance to maintain high standards.

You will help residents with viewings, move-ins, tenancy rights, access housing benefit or financial advice, and referrals for assistive technology and adaptations.
