Job IntroductionYorkshire Housing Ltd is seeking two customer-obsessed and innovative professionals to join us as our new Growth and Investment Committee Members. This is a great opportunity to help shape our future, deliver our business strategy, and join us on our journey to being the UK's best housing provider.
What you'll be doing:
With your experience in housing development or asset management, you'll work closely with other Committee Members to ensure we deliver growth across the Yorkshire region and improve our existing homes. You will provide strategic assurance to the Board, ensure customer feedback influences decisions, and that we meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
The Committee meets at least four times a year, mostly virtually, with one in-person strategy day!

We're looking for individuals with a background in the housing sector and experience in growth and investment. Your innovative approach to problem-solving and strategic thinking will enable you to contribute effectively to our ambitious goals. An ability to incorporate customer feedback into strategic decisions is crucial. Additionally, your adaptability and willingness to embrace new methodologies will help us stay at the forefront of the housing sector.
