Income Recovery & Tenant Support Officer (Hybrid)

Warwick District Council is seeking an Income Recovery Officer to help tenants stay in their homes by recovering rent arrears and other charges. The role focuses on compassionate, compliant engagement, delivering clear advice and payment options while working from home with hybrid office visits.

You will manage cases, prepare court documents when needed, and collaborate with securing welfare support for tenants in financial difficulty. Two vacancies exist: part-time and full-time permanent.
