Income Management & Arrears Specialist

Circle Voluntary Housing Association is seeking an Income Officer to collect rent, service charges and arrears across its housing portfolio in Ireland. The role emphasises early arrears identification, supported by a 'support followed by enforcement' approach and close collaboration with tenants and external agencies.

The successful candidate will have customer-facing experience, exposure to debt recovery, and a full driving licence.
