Inclusive Employment Specialist

Ingeus in North Yorkshire is seeking an Employment Specialist to help people with disabilities and long-term health conditions achieve their employment goals using a strengths-based approach and close collaboration with employers across the region.

You will assess needs, develop partnerships with local support organisations, and manage a small caseload offering tailored one-to-one employment support, including resume writing and job search strategies.
