Inclusion Support Specialist with CPD & Interventions

Trades Workforce Solutions is seeking an Inclusion Support Assistant for a Southwark secondary school starting in September 2026. You will support pupils with diverse needs to access learning, under the SENDCo and Inclusion Team, helping them build confidence and independence.

This role offers weekly CPD, opportunities to work with pupils with Autism, ADHD, and learning differences, and a clear path toward teaching, SEND, or Educational Psychology careers.
