Job Description
Role Summary

The Senior Manager, Inclusion and Belonging builds and leads Haleon's Inclusion and Belonging capability. The role is accountable for designing, leading and delivering enterprise Inclusion & Belonging priorities that drive measurable impact on employee belonging, representation, leadership capability and organisational culture. The role translates strategy into scalable programmes, practical tools and clear outcomes, working across HR, business leaders and external partners to embed inclusion and belonging into everyday ways of working rather than as a standalone activity. This role works with senior stakeholders, shaping enterprise wide initiatives, while ensuring rigour in delivery, governance and measurement. Reporting to the Head of Organisational Effectiveness, Culture and Inclusion, the role partners closely with operating units and global functions to create a single, enterprise way of strengthening our culture to support our inclusion ambition.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop company-wide Inclusion and Belonging programmes to deliver behaviour change across a globally matrixed organisation.
  • Serve as an expert voice and advocate on DEI related matters - including providing support and guidance for colleagues.
  • Partner with Employee Resource Groups to ensure they are continuing to mature and work in service of impactful employee outcomes that enable our inclusive environment ambitions.
  • Analyse data and metrics to assess the effectiveness of DEI initiatives and identify areas for improvement.
  • Lead programme management across the Inclusion and Belonging portfolio - including forward planning, budgetary management and identifying risks and contingencies.
  • Manage the delivery of the Self ID programme to support Haleon in understanding its colleagues from all diversity perspectives - within a complex regulatory environment.
About You
  • Demonstratable experience in programme management with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and within budget.
  • Professional experience of working across an Inclusion and Belonging portfolio is essential - understanding inclusion principles and best practice.
  • Evidence of gathering and interpreting data from a wide range of sources and using this to drive decision making.
  • Experience presenting complex information to senior leaders and a range of other audiences.
