At SOTEC /ASTEK Groupe, we are seeking an Incident Manager
International project - Full Remote
What are we looking for?
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Assist in managing IT incidents to minimise service disruption
Receive, document, prioritise, and categorise incidents by severity and impact
Communicate with stakeholders and end-users regarding incident status and resolution
Analyse incident trends, uncover root causes, and escalate critical issues as needed
Lead and organise Post-Incident Reviews (PIRs) focused on lessons learned
Ensure tools are updated regularly and accurately
Deliver high-quality written and verbal reports on causes, timelines, and resolutions
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the incident management process
Operate, monitor, troubleshoot, and perform preventive maintenance on infrastructure
Participation in on-call rotations for system alerts
Conditions:
- Perm contract (Flexible remuneration)
