Incident Manager - Financial Services - London

I'm currently partnered with a leading investment manager who is looking to hire an early member for their Incident Management team where you'll play a critical role in safeguarding their infrastructure and applications.

You'll have the opportunity to shape and lead how they manage their most critical incidents by taking ownership of P1 incidents, driving initiatives across Incident & Crisis Management, Post Incident Reviews, process improvement and building strong Governance & Compliance frameworks to ensure resilience.

Requirements:

• Strong experience in Incident & Crisis Management, ideally within complex, fast-paced environments (financial services experience would be highly advantageous).
• A track record of handling high-severity incidents and leading stakeholders through pressure situations.
• A proactive approach to process improvement, governance, and compliance.
• Familiarity wit ITSM tools preferably PagerDuty & Jira
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to bring calm and structure during incidents.

Please note this is a hybrid role based in Central London.
