Incident Command Training Lead

West Sussex Fire & Rescue Service in Horsham is seeking an experienced Station Manager - Incident Command Training to lead the Incident Command Training Team and shape the development of Incident Commanders across the Service.

You will oversee learning, development, assessment and quality assurance, ensuring training programs meet NFCC and nationally accredited standards, with a blend of face-to-face and digital delivery and some remote work where appropriate.
