Inbound Sales Executive

Location: Ringwood, Hampshire

Hours: Monday - Thursday 8am - 5.30pm, Friday 8am - 4pm and Saturday 8am - 3pm (Saturdays are 1in2 and with time off in lieu)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent

Salary: £30,000 per annum, plus bonus

Your Day-to-Day Role Will Involve:
  • Customer & Sales Engagement: Be the first point of contact for inbound calls and emails. You'll expertly assess customer drainage needs and convert these enquiries into sales, managing leads efficiently from start to finish.
  • Client Support: Provide exceptional service to existing clients, swiftly resolving issues and building lasting relationships to ensure satisfaction.
  • Administration: Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions, ensuring their CRM system is kept up to date.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the operations and wider team to guarantee a seamless end-to-end customer experience.
