Inbound Customer Support Specialist - Training & Growth

AJ Bell is hiring for telephone support agents to join our customer-facing team in a hybrid environment. You will handle inbound calls, emails and secure messages, delivering excellent service while meeting SLAs and compliance guidelines.

No prior financial services experience is required as we provide full training and ongoing support to help you succeed. You will work 40 hours per week on a rotating schedule, with 1 in 3 Saturdays.
