Inbound Call Center Advisor - First Contact Resolution

Harvey Nash Group invites applications for the role of Customer Contact Inbound Telephony Advisor on an initial 12-month contract. The position is hybrid, based in Perth, with two days on site each week.

You will respond to inbound inquiries, diagnose issues on first contact, and use internal systems to resolve cases while documenting interactions clearly. Urgent start and availability for the first six weeks are required.
