In-Store Customer Experience Specialist

John Lewis Partnership in Cambridge is seeking a Customer Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service and showcase our first-class in-store experiences. You will help maintain shop standards, displays, stock availability and general cleanliness while building loyalty with our brand for a lifetime.

This full-time role (37.5 hours across seven days) involves till support, stock replenishment, price ticketing and flexible coverage across the shop.
