In-House Talent Acquisition Specialist - Proactive Sourcing

Thwaites is recruiting a Talent Acquisition Specialist to deliver an efficient, proactive recruitment service across our Head Office, Inns and Hotels in the UK. The role focuses on attracting talent, providing proactive insights and resourcing solutions that reduce external agency reliance and build sustainable pipelines aligned to our future workforce.

It reports into the Talent and Development Partner and is a 12-month fixed-term contract.
