In-House Quantity Surveyor - Large-Scale Development

Criterion Capital is seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join its in-house contracting team in the United Kingdom. You will manage financial and contractual aspects of diverse development projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.

The role requires a minimum of 3 years' experience, a bachelor's degree in quantity surveying or related field, and strong skills in budgeting, cost control and contract negotiation.
