In-House People & Talent Specialist (Hybrid HR & Hiring)

The Hot Box is seeking an early-career People and Talent Specialist to join our growing Ireland team, driving recruitment and supporting HR operations across Irish sites. You will manage the ATS, coordinate onboarding, and be the first contact for site managers on people-related questions.

Based in Dublin 2, you will handle contracts, compliance, and routine HR tasks within a hybrid work model, escalating sensitive issues as needed.
