Our client, a leading Irish company is looking to hire an M&A lawyer to join their legal team on a 1-year fixed term contract.
The role will involve leading end to end M&A transactions and advising on Corporate, Commercial and Regulatory matters.
Candidates with at least 5 years PQE in the Corporate or M&A team at a reputable firm are encouraged to apply. This is a great opportunity for any Solicitors who are looking to move in-house from private practice while still working on high quality and value transactions.
