In-House Counsel, SaaS & Tech Contracts (EMEA, Hybrid)

Gong is seeking an in house Counsel in EMEA to join a small, high performing legal team that serves virtually every function in the company. The role is hybrid, with three days in office and remote work, and involves reviewing complex SaaS and vendor contracts, negotiating terms, and guiding internal stakeholders on legal risk.

Applicants should have a law degree and 4-6+ years in commercial contracts and technology transactions, preferably in SaaS.
