In House Commercial Lawyer 4-6 PQE Global Tech Co

Overview

Our client is an instantly recognisable business which is continuing its accelerated growth and is a tech supplier to a global client base which includes blue chips, global banks, retailers, and other tech companies. They are looking for an experienced 4-6 PQE commercial lawyer to take on an impactful role where you will be working on high value, high tech deals with instantly recognisable customers.

Responsibilities

Reporting into & working alongside other Senior Commercial Lawyers, you will be responsible for leading on the drafting & negotiation of terms and conditions both in the UK and internationally with bluechip customers and key suppliers, as well as advising on generalist commercial matters.

Work Arrangements

This role will require you to be in the Birmingham office 3 days per week, 2 days working from home.

Compensation

Salary is reflective of the 4-6 PQE salary banding.
