A leading medical trade association in Hertfordshire is seeking a Clinical Negligence Solicitor to provide expert legal advice and support to clients. This in-house position offers a unique opportunity to transition from private practice, handling personal injury and clinical negligence claims without billing targets. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of PQE and strong knowledge of civil procedure rules. Hybrid working is available with one day in the office per week.
