Job Description
International & Luxurious Food Manufacturing Company - Job Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated Import Administrator/Customer Support for our international and luxurious food manufacturing company located in West London. This is an on-site position (no remote work).

Location: West London, on-site (No Working from home)

Salary: GBP 30K

Responsibilities:
  1. Provide telephone support to clients and colleagues.
  2. Enter and modify sales orders accurately.
  3. Issue invoices and credit notes.
  4. Coordinate and manage the import process from order placement to delivery, ensuring compliance with all import regulations, including customs and food safety standards.
  5. Prepare and process import documentation such as invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
  6. Manage the clients list and maintain client relationships.
  7. Issue Statements of Account (SOA) and oversee shipping processes.
  8. Manage and replenish office equipment as needed.
  9. Assist colleagues with their tasks during vacations or absences.
Requirements:
  1. Fluent English; Japanese language skills are desirable.
  2. High proficiency in Excel.
  3. Office management experience is advantageous.
