Implementation Engineer

You don't need to have "Project Manager" in your title yet - but if you've supported the delivery of technical projects, coordinated tasks across teams, and want to take on more ownership, this role offers the platform to grow.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage multiple internal and customer-facing projects from initiation through delivery
• Own project timelines, resource scheduling, and progress tracking
• Facilitate cross-functional team collaboration (engineering, support, commercial)
• Run stand-ups, status meetings, and stakeholder updates
• Identify risks and ensure issues are resolved proactively
• Maintain accurate documentation, schedules, and reports
• Support continuous improvement of project delivery processes

You'll Likely Have

• 1-3 years' experience in implementation, delivery coordination, or technical support roles
• Exposure to working in high-tech or software-driven environments
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A proactive mindset and ability to manage competing priorities
• Confidence to engage with internal teams and external stakeholders

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with AI, robotics, or automation environments
• Experience using project management or collaboration tools (e.g. Jira, Notion, Excel, Power BI)
• Knowledge of Agile, Scrum, or similar methodologies
