Implementation Consultant

Implementation Consultants with public sector/environmental sciences experience this one's for you! Surrey once a fortnight | UK Travel | £40,000 + Bonus + Benefits

I am partnering with an exciting organisation providing software solutions across the UK public sector. We're looking for an Implementation Consultant to join their growing Professional Services team.

This is a hands-on, customer-facing role focused on software configuration, data, testing and training.

What you'll be doing:
Configure software solutions for customers
Prepare, import and validate customer data
Support UAT, testing and troubleshooting
Deliver customer training
Gather requirements and produce implementation documentation
Work alongside Project Managers on larger implementations
Take ownership of smaller implementations and customer changes.

What were looking for
Experience in software implementation, application support, onboarding, business systems or project coordination. Coming from an implementation, Business Analyst, Data Analyst or similar background;
Strong data, Excel and problem-solving skills
API knowledge
Data Analysis knowledge

Public Sector or Environment/Life Sciences experience is essential.

1 x a fortnight in Surrey. Travel and hotel expenses covered.
