Job Description

The Implementation Analyst works with a dynamic professional services team and is responsible for designing and configuring the DealCloud platform to meet clients' specific business needs. This role combines client-facing consultative work with behind-the-scenes platform configuration, data analysis, and data manipulation.

Given the focus on clients in France, proficiency in French is required.

The ideal Implementation Analyst should demonstrate passion and a desire to develop expertise in four key areas:

  1. Technology: Working with innovative SaaS solutions.
  2. Client-facing skills: Communicating effectively via phone and email.
  3. Private Capital Markets: Knowledge or willingness to learn about private equity and investment banking operations.
  4. Data: Understanding data relationships and their impact on system design.

Responsibilities include:

  • Managing multiple client implementations, including communication and status reporting.
  • Participating in requirement gathering, onsite or virtual (up to 30% travel).
  • Configuring platforms based on client needs.
  • Analyzing legacy data to inform system design.
  • Using Excel to map and normalize data sets.
  • Following escalation procedures and maintaining internal project management tasks such as updating systems, tracking hours, managing timelines, and ensuring scope and budget adherence.
  • Providing system design recommendations and supporting complex projects.

Minimum qualifications:

  • Up to 3 years in software implementation or professional services.
  • Understanding of database design.
  • Fluent in French.
  • Interest or background in private equity and investment banking.
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency with Excel.
  • Adaptability, ability to meet deadlines, and team collaboration skills.
  • Ownership mentality and eagerness to learn new technologies and processes.

Preferred skills and experience:

  • Knowledge of private capital and investment banking markets.
  • Entry-level consulting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in MIS, Business Admin, or related field.
  • Leadership experience.
