Impactful Throughcare Community Worker - Hybrid Role

Sacro is recruiting a Throughcare Community Worker based in Lanarkshire to support individuals returning to the community after short sentences or remand. You will work with a local team, develop pre-release plans, and help connect people to services and community supports.

This fixed-term role covers males, females and young people, with primarily remote duties and occasional work at the designated hub in Edinburgh/Glasgow. A driving licence and SVQ level 3 are desirable.
