Impactful HR Advisor - Generalist (NHS Sector)

Mersey West Lancashire NHS Trust is seeking an HR Advisor to join the Operational HR Team. Based at Whiston or Ormskirk, occasional travel across site is expected. You will deliver generalist HR advice, support HR initiatives, and provide expert guidance on terms of service and employment law.

The role requires CIPD Level 5 qualification (or working towards) and a flexible, proactive approach in a fast-paced NHS environment.
