Immersive Experience Host: Story Led Guest Welcome

Harrods in Knightsbridge is seeking an Immersive Experience Restaurant Host to deliver a warm, theatre-informed welcome and guide guests through a story-led hospitality journey from arrival to departure. This is a fixed-term contract for 12 months.

You will manage bookings, queues and guest flow, collaborating with front-of-house, dining, retail and kitchen teams to maintain a high-energy, seamless experience in a premium environment.
