Immediate-Start Warehouse & Manufacturing Operative (Temp)

Maintech Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Warehouse / Manufacturing Operative to join a small, hands-on depot team in Barton-under-Needwood. You will manufacture and sort natural coir products like mats and Silt Wattles, lifting and palletising, with full training provided.

The role is physical, involves standing for long periods and requires safety-conscious, quality-focused workers. Monday to Friday 8am-5pm, with paid holiday and immediate start on a temporary contract.
